The Finance Associate position will support the finance and operations teams in day-to-day tasks at Health Unlimited. JOB SUMMARY

You will be working with a broad range of projects. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Generate monthly billings and oversee other client finance functions including budget management and client approvals.
  • Liaise between Finance and Account teams, keeping both sides organized and informed.
  • Monthly job tracking and review of actuals vs budgets.
  • Support Finance team during month/year end closes and audits.
  • Prepare reports and ad hoc functions for finance and HR.
  • Assist in managing office services, supply inventory and other administrative duties.
  • Assist in ongoing efforts to improve financial and operational processes.
  • Coordinate with external IT support on technical matters including equipment management.
  • Participate in organizational resource management efforts.
  • Create and organize data management for finance and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ year in finance position or related field, preferably in an agency or professional services setting
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, preferably in finance, accounting, economics, business or business management
  • Ability to see the big picture in a fast-paced environment and maintain an upbeat attitude and communicate effectively
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure, strong attention to detail, consistency
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
